We are open from Monday to Friday. We open at 9 AM and close at 5 PM.

We do both delivery and pick up! Orders for delivery are only for cities located in Metro Manila. For customers located outside of Metro Manila, you may book any courier of your choice once ready.

Orders that are paid and confirmed by 3 pm of the same day will be available for same day delivery / pick up. You will receive a text or an email from our team once your order is ready.

To keep our products fresh, store inside the freezer until it is time to thaw for consumption. Best practice is to thaw inside the chiller/fridge for 12 - 24 hours before meal preparation or feeding time. All products are vacuum sealed to lock in freshness. With proper storage, products shelf life will last from 6 months to 1 year.

All of our products that are free of bones can be cooked and added to your fresh diet or a topper for your kibbles. Variants include muscle meat, muscle meat with organs and organ blend products. We reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange or refund for items that have been opened, not stored properly, or have been damaged during delivery of the courier. All products delivered are as fresh as possible and packed into insulation sheets to ensure its safety. Any damage / spoilage due to the courier or poor storage once received will void any return, exchange or refund. Customers may change an item from their order before it is delivered. Once delivery is complete, all items considered sold are not available for exchange.
